This week I have a mix of political and non political links. The non political links have green text and the political ones are red or blue. Enjoy.
We Are The Ones We’ve Been Waiting For: http://www.WeAreTheOnesSong.com
I really like this song and I like the fact that it shows that it is we the people that decide what goes on in this country. Not the party insiders, not the news team at CNN or MSNBC or even Fox but the people.
Man for Me (Ode to Obama): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8SdJhVCRJM
This song I don’t remember how I got it but it has more of a bluesy, Jewel vibe to it.
More women parliamentarians but equality still distant: http://www.usatoday.com/news/world/2008-02-29-un-women-parliamentarians_N.htm
We still have a lot of work to do…especially in los Estados Unidos. Like I have stated before, most of the “Axis of Evil” have more women in parlament than we do.

I caught some people from this group on my way to work one day. The little guy is so cute.
Even in Victory, Clinton Team is Battling: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/03/05/AR2008030503621.html?wpisrc=newsletter&wpisrc=newsletter&wpisrc=newsletter
Is this the type of team we want running our country? Granted these people will not be her cabinet but they do reflect the types of people Sen. Clinton places around her. Here was a quote that reflects my feelings about Clinton’s campaign: “There was an arrogant attitude on the part of the campaign for many months,” one lamented. “And now we’re in a fight for our lives.”

“Changing the rules halfway through the game is incredibly unfair to both of those candidates and frankly would split the Democratic Party, so we’re not going to do it.” Howard Dean
I stand with the DNC chairman! The comment I left on the DNC website- “I just want to say that I stand by Howard Dean’s decision to not allow FL and Michigan to re-vote or to have their delegates seated. I hope that the chairman maintains his stance. I believe that all parties (the states, their elected representatives, and the presidential candidates) involved knew what was happening and the consequences. In this case the states made a gamble and they lost.”

King Announces Bid for Fourth Term: http://www.spencerdailyreporter.com/story/1316727.html
I found this article interesting and it was a reminder that there are people still out there that think like this. I’m am saddened by this article because the King featured is a Democrat.
Hillary’s Math Problem: http://www.newsweek.com/id/118240
This article highlights that it is mathematically impossible for Hillary to come out ahead in pledged delegates at this point.
Obama better manager and financial manager: http://community.livejournal.com/obama_2008/407052.html
I like this article because it gives links to the FEC reports on the two candidates and shows how they spend their money without getting silly by focusing on how many donuts the candidates have purchased.
